Duties: - Program Set up and operate Haas CNC machines to perform machining operations according to specifications - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements - Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and tooling to ensure efficient and accurate machining - Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and adherence to specifications - Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges and coordinate measuring machines - Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure proper functioning - Troubleshoot issues with machines or tooling and make necessary repairs or adjustments - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a CNC programmer machinist or in a similar role - Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and work orders - Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials - Familiarity with Bobcad, program software - Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments - Experience - Forklift certification is a plus We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills.
