Job Title: VMC Programmer / CNC Programmer Location: Neemrana, Rajasthan Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: The VMC Programmer will be responsible for creating CNC programs that control the operations of Vertical Machining Centers. This role involves interpreting complex technical drawings and specifications to design efficient programs that meet production requirements. The programmer will collaborate with the VMC Operator to ensure smooth production workflows. Key Responsibilities: Develop and create CNC programs for the VMC machines using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Optimize tool paths, cutting speeds, and feeds for high-precision parts. Analyze and interpret technical drawings, 3D models, and blueprints to ensure accurate programming. Collaborate with the VMC operators to ensure that programs run efficiently and resolve any production issues. Modify and edit existing programs to improve performance or accommodate engineering changes. Troubleshoot machining issues related to programming and suggest improvements to the process. Maintain accurate records of programs and updates in a well-organized database. Stay updated on the latest CNC programming techniques and software upgrades. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Programming, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in CNC programming for VMC machines. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and understanding of G-code and M-code programming. Strong understanding of machining principles, tool selection, and material properties. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D models. Skills: Excellent CAD/CAM programming skills and understanding of VMC machine operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and teamwork skills to work with operators and engineers. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver programs on schedule.
