CNC Programmer Location: Indianapolis, IN Onsite | Non-Union | 40+ hrs/week Key Requirements: Experience: 6+ years in CNC programming & setup Software: MasterCam & Pro-E (Creo) preferred Skills: GD&T, machining processes, CAD/CAM, multi-axis CNC equipment Education: HS diploma required, STEM degree preferred Security: U.S. Citizen, ability to obtain clearance Responsibilities: Create & modify CNC programs for mills, lathes, Wire EDM Set up & troubleshoot multi-axis CNC equipment Read & interpret engineering drawings & CAD files Support manufacturing floor & resolve technical issues Develop machining process plans & labor estimates Train machine shop personnel as needed Strong Microsoft Office & ERP (SAP) skills required Physical work includes standing, walking, and lifting Job Type: Contract Pay: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: CNC: 1 year (Preferred) CNC programming: 1 year (Preferred) CAM programming: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Indianapolis, IN 46219 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Indianapolis, IN 46219: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
