Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cleveland, OH for a CNC Programmer, Setup & Operator. The individual in this position will be responsible for programming CNC machinery, setting up equipment, and operating machines to produce custom precision plastic components. The day-to-day tasks will include interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tools, ensuring machine accuracy, and maintaining equipment. Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards are crucial for this role.

Qualifications

• Technical Drawing and Interpretation skills
• Proficiency in CNC Programming and Programming languages at a desktop from scratch (Mastercam preferred) related to CNC machinery
• Experience in Machining and Milling
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications or technical training in CNC operations
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machining environment is a plus
