This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Programmer located in Riverside, CA. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs to ensure the efficient production of high-quality parts. Daily tasks include interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, selecting appropriate tools and materials, setting up and operating CNC machines, and performing routine maintenance. The role also involves troubleshooting and resolving any programming issues to minimize production downtime.

• Proficiency in CNC programming and operation
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and interpreting technical drawings
• Knowledge of tooling and machining processes
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Technical degree or certification in CNC programming or related field is preferred
