We're looking for a mechanically minded, growth-oriented individual to join our product development team. This is not a typical "machine operator" job. You'll be hands-on with the early-stage creation of products, writing CNC programs, collaborating with engineering, and helping us continuously improve how we design and manufacture parts. What You'll Do Create efficient, organized toolpaths for our 3-axis CNC routers Support the design and development of new products Work alongside our lead engineer to bring ideas to life Occasionally operate CNC machines (especially for prototypes or new setups) Identify ways to improve speed, accuracy, and repeatability in our workflow Automate processes through macro writing or custom code (VBA format) Running, fixing, adjusting, and troubleshooting CAMaster 3-axis CNC routers You Might Be a Fit If You're... Mechanically inclined and logical Curious, driven, and never satisfied with "good enough" A team player who takes initiative and follows through Experienced in programming (CorelDraw, Fusion, VCarve, etc.) - or ready to learn fast Comfortable in a small business setting where your work matters and things move quickly (Optional but awesome) Interested in boating or familiar with marine products Bonus Points For (Not required, but brings an edge) CorelDraw, Fusion 360, or VCarve experience CAM post-processing customization Macro or script automation for repetitive tasks Experience in a product development or R&D environment Why This Role Matters Because we build awesome custom dash panels for boats .
