Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with Tebis CAD/CAM software and be proficient in operating large 5-axis machines. This role requires a proactive mentality, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Program CNC machines using Tebis CAD/CAM software
• Operate and maintain large 5-axis CNC machines
• Build and modify tooling as needed
• Set up CNC machines for a variety of parts
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
• Ensure all components meet quality and precision standards
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer Machinist
• Proficiency in Tebis CAD/CAM software
• Experience with 5-axis CNC machines
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD Data
• Excellent attention to detail and precision
• Proactive and self-motivated mindset
