We run mostly Fanuc controls, and have twin spindle full machining capabilities. Must have set-up and running experience. It’s a clean and air conditioned environment, with a great group of people, like family, in a small shop. Compensate pay per skill level. Responsibilities Create programs and fixtures for all jobs given for several machines and machinists. Select proper tooling for material for efficiently manufacture parts. Must be able to interpret drawings and models for dimensions, features, and tolerances. Program with tight tolerance parts, 1-1000 qty., most jobs are 1-2 pieces. Ability to problem solve and critical thinking of complex parts. Create tool lists for each job. Communicate with machinists on setup and running procedures.
