Responsibilities: Program and operate CNC router machines for manufacturing wooden toys. Utilize ArtCAM software to design, edit, and prepare models for machining. Ensure precision in cutting, engraving, and shaping wooden materials according to designs. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with CNC programs or machinery. Collaborate with the design and production teams to optimize workflows. Maintain and service CNC machinery to ensure efficient operation. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications: Proven experience in CNC programming, specifically for wood materials. Proficiency in ArtCAM software is mandatory. Strong understanding of machine tool operations and material properties. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files. Preferred Skills: Experience in wooden toy manufacturing or similar industries. Knowledge of additional CNC software tools. Familiarity with woodworking techniques and finishing processes.
