ATI is a custom machine shop leading the industry in thermosets and thermoplastics. We are seeking a qualified CAD Programmer to join our team on 1st shift. As we continue to experience tremendous growth, this role offers exciting opportunities for career advancement and a flexible career path within our company. 1st Shift is Monday through Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm Overtime and weekend work is available Starting rate is based on experience, $25/hour and up!! **EARN A $500 SIGN ON BONUS WHEN YOU JOIN OUR TEAM!!** Job Description: Experience with Cad, Esprit, or Aphacam programming is a MUST Understand quality and production within company specifications, goals, and objectives. Comply with all safety and environmental rules and regulations; comply with internal ATI practices. Support all 6S and lean initiatives. Maintain proper training, tools, and materials to carry out his/her duties. Prepare tools and equipment for safe and efficient production Analyze programs and load them to machinery. Develop and optimize programs for safe and efficient production Use gauging tools to read measurements on material and finished goods. Implement the use of cutting tools in the manufacturing process when necessary. Utilize effective problem-solving methods when manufacturing issues arise. Develop manufacturing processes to maximize safety and profitability. Required Knowledge and Skills: Ability to complete advanced mathematics Ability to read a tape measure Advanced understanding of equipment setup and maintenance Advanced understanding of material identification and purpose Understand how to maximize the efficiency of multiple machines Have an understanding of how to work with a team. Must possess basic computer operation skills Some experience in manufacturing Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or GED equivalent Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
