Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a CNC Programmer for our client in East Hartford, CT. This is an exciting opportunity to support precision aerospace manufacturing in a collaborative and innovation-driven environment.

- Pay: $80,000 – $100,000 annually
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and optimize CNC programs using ESPRIT (or similar CAM software) for multi-axis lathes, Swiss screw machines, and machining centers
- Design tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing processes for new and existing parts
- Perform hands-on equipment setup during initial process development
- Train production staff and ensure smooth transition of processes into mass production
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in productivity, efficiency, and quality
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of advanced CNC manufacturing experience; aerospace industry preferred
- Expertise with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or Okuma controls and CAM programming (ESPRIT preferred)
- Strong knowledge of tooling, fixturing, and CNC setup
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with ERP/PDM/DNC systems (Epicor is a bonus)
