CNC Operator Mechatronics

About the Role

For our client, we are looking for motivated CNC Operators with a mechatronics background who want to work in a 5-shift schedule. You will play a key role in the continuous operation of a fully automated production line for manufacturing high-tech wheel hubs.

Your responsibilities include

• Operating, adjusting, and converting CNC machines independently
• Monitoring the performance of robotic production lines and ensuring safety
• Performing measurements and reporting deviations
• Handling first-line maintenance and resolving technical malfunctions
• Maintaining order and cleanliness according to WCM-5S standards
• Actively contributing to improvement initiatives with process engineers
• Playing a vital role during the start-up phase of our client's new automated production facility

What We Expect from You

• Technical education, preferably MBO level 3 or 4 (Mechatronics or similar)
• Knowledge from PLC, Robotics or Hermle is very helpful
• Strong communication skills in English
• Interest and affinity with advanced technical systems and automation
• A proactive mindset, precision, and a focus on quality and continuous improvement

• Salary between €3,700 and €4,200 gross per month
