**Job Title: CNC Machinist** **Job Description** As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to produce parts that meet specifications. You will ensure the quality and accuracy of production by performing regular in-process inspections and making necessary adjustments. **Responsibilities** + Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to ensure parts are produced to specification. + Secure and align materials using vices, jaws, and various hand tools. + Perform regular in-process inspections using gauges, micrometers, and dial indicators to ensure quality and accuracy. + Make insert and cutting tool changes as needed to maintain optimal machine performance. + Collaborate with team members to ensure tooling meets the highest quality and safety standards. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of experience operating CNC machines or other programmable metal-cutting equipment. + Basic understanding of CAD/CAM software and general computer literacy. + Comfortable using precision measurement tools such as rulers, gauges, and micrometers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + General knowledge of manufacturing materials and processes, especially in signage and graphics applications, is a plus. + Experience with Lathe, Mill, Haas, Mazak, and Fanuc machines is beneficial. + Proficiency in the use of calipers and micrometers is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive wages and a range of benefits including employee referral bonuses, perfect attendance bonuses, and a rich benefits package featuring medical, dental, and vision coverage.
