Employee Referral Bonus Effective August 9, 2021, any employee who refers a person for employment at any of the Huron Casting family of companies will be paid $1000 for each referral who is hired full-time to work at one of our companies. To be eligible, the new full-time employee must work 90 working days. Employees who refer new part-time employees will be paid $500 after the part-time employee works 45 working days. The new employee must state on their job application the name of the employee who referred them for employment. Any referrals made prior to August 9, 2021, will be subject to the referral bonus program rules. Employee must still be employed in order to receive payment. All referral payments will be added to regular pay checks. Referrals of former employees will not be eligible for the referral bonus.
