We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-precision components. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, and machine programming.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, mill)

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM models to ensure accurate machining.

Monitor machine performance, adjust settings, and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal production quality.

Conduct regular maintenance checks and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Collaborate with the production team to improve process efficiency and reduce downtime.
