We are seeking someone who is driven, enthusiastic, and eager to grow. As a CNC Machinist, you’ll be at the forefront of high-quality manufacturing and play a vital role in meeting our customers' needs by working with cutting-edge machinery like Haas and Makino. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and want to be part of an industry leader, this is your opportunity to shine!

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines (Haas & Makino VMCs/HMCs)
• Review programs, blueprints, and tooling requirements
• Handle both production and prototype parts—often complex, always high precision
• Make real-time decisions to keep quality and efficiency on point
• Rough and finish parts down to tight tolerances
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Completion of a relevant trade school program
• Ability to read blueprints and understand part specs
• Strong math & computer skills—GibbsCAM experience is a big plus
• Precision mindset and a knack for making accurate adjustments
• Good communication and the ability to work independently
