Summary The CNC Machinist/Toolmaker is responsible for all assigned jobs through completion. A successful candidate will have experience making tooling and fixturing and will be comfortable setting up service tooling and fixturing jobs. Pay outside the range will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Primary Responsibilities · Program, set up and operate machines to produce service tooling and ground support equipment fixtures in a timely manner by performing all assigned jobs to print specifications, confirming accuracy upon completion. · Properly maintain machinery, software, and tooling and detect and report issues with defective material and/or machine operations. · Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized and clean work area. · Perform all job duties in a timely manner, and in consideration of customer deadlines. · Perform work in other areas of shop as directed by shop foreman.
