Position: CNC Programmer We are currently hiring a talented and self-motivated CNC Programmer to contribute to our company's success. As a CNC Programmer at MetalCrafters, you will play a pivotal role in programming and operating our Milltronics and/or Mazak 3 or 4 axis CNC milling machines. Whether you are proficient in conversational programming or experienced with Cam Works software, your skills will be instrumental in our production process. Additionally, you will be responsible for machine setup, executing operations, and conducting thorough inspections. With a focus on creating specialized parts, we typically work on quantities ranging from 1 to 20. Preferred Qualifications: Strong ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment Experience utilizing CAM software for precise programming Proficiency in programming directly at the machine Previous exposure to a high-paced machine shop environment Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers and team members Working Hours: At MetalCrafters, we prioritize work-life balance and offer a stable Monday through Thursday schedule, guaranteeing a full 40-hour workweek. Our operating hours are from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with the potential for overtime if desired.
