The CNC Machinist role:
\n
\n- Proficient in using manual and powered hand tools (screwdrivers, torque wrenches, pneumatic tools, etc.) for assembly and setup tasks.
\n- Experience operating CNC and NC-controlled machinery, including lathes, hydraulic presses, and grinding equipment.
\n- Competent in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, layouts, and route cards; able to follow detailed technical instructions.
\n- Skilled in precision measurement and self-inspection using tools such as verniers, micrometers, gauges, and electrical test equipment.
\n- Familiar with diagnosing and correcting faults in mechanical components and assemblies.
\n- Works within ISO 9001 / AS9100 environments; quality-focused with a strong understanding of compliance standards.
\n- Basic soldering and brazing skills are advantageous; training available as needed.

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:
\n
\n- Experience in grinding, manual turning, and milling; basic CNC operation preferred
\n- Background in quality-controlled manufacturing environments
\n- Able to handle components up to 25kg with lifting aids
\n- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
\n- Quick learner with a flexible, team-oriented approach
\n- Comfortable with basic PC tasks; ERP (e.g., SAP) experience a plus
\n

Previous Experience:
\n
\n- 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist
\n- HND/HNC or equivalent qualification
\n- Strong CNC skills
\n- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
