Quickparts is seeking a CNC Machinist to bolster our CNC operations. In this role, you will support basic machining tasks, operate manual equipment, and employ precise measuring tools and gauges to ensure that parts meet our stringent quality standards. Your contributions are vital to maintaining a clean, orderly work area and upholding our commitment to exceptional on-demand manufacturing solutions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Machining Operations

• Operate various manual equipment as required
• Perform fundamental machining tasks to produce precision parts
• Use appropriate measuring tools and gauges to inspect and verify parts
  
  

Work Area Management & Compliance

• Read and follow basic prints and job instructions
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and adhere to company policies, guidelines, and safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly in both verbal and written formats
  
  

Safety and Quality Assurance

• Follow all safety protocols and report any injuries or incidents promptly
• Ensure that all manufactured parts comply with quality requirements
  
  

🎯 Qualifications

• Up to six months of relevant machining experience or a technical school certification (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical school certification is an asset
• Basic computer skills with strong attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills and a cooperative team spirit
• Ability to stand, stoop, and bend for extended periods, and lift varying weights as required (up to 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds frequently, and 100 pounds occasionally)
