Essential Duties:
View drawings and blueprints to understand what dimensions the materials need to be cut or shaped.
Think creatively to determine the most effective and efficient way to cut the material into the desired shape and size.
Select the proper materials and tools to get the job done, such as calipers, drills, and mills.
Set up and program the cutting machines to make the part, using CAD and CNC software.
Inspect finished product to ensure accuracy.
Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience:
US Citizenship required.
High school diploma or GED required.
Technical certificate, diploma, or journeyman in machining
