Description: CNC MACHINIST JOBS AVAILABLE FULL AND PART TIME FOR: SETUP PERSON : CNC MACHINING CENTER and LATHE JOB DESCRIPTION CNC SETUP PERSON AND OPERATOR: To setup and/or operate medium size vertical & horizontal machining centers. Setup and/or operate CNC lathes. DUTIES of SETUP PERSON: Setup and operate using work orders, drawings and programs. Optimize and troubleshoot machining processes Run precision production jobs, train operators to run the jobs that you setup Inspect precision work. Basic preventative machine maintenance DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR OPERATORS: Duties are to productively operate CNC machining centers or lathes. Operators to be capable of operating the machines, making offsets, monitoring and changing cutting tools, understanding blueprints and work instructions, and measuring precision parts using indicators, mics, and the like.
