Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lee-on-the-Solent UK prototyping facility for a CNC Machinist. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines, performing precise machining, conducting milling operations, and ensuring quality control on machined parts. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and programming machinery, monitoring machine performance, and conducting regular inspections to maintain operational standards and efficiency.
Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machining
• Experience in Milling operations
• Familiarity with various types of Machinery
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Solidworks and SolidCAM preferred but essential.
