We’re looking for a CNC Lathe Machinist to lead our medium turning department.

What You’ll Do

• Program, Set Up & Operate Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes for precision production. Run mostly short run orders of 50-200 pieces.
• Ensure Quality by inspecting machined parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Optimize Performance through adjustments, tooling changes, and G-code modifications.
• Collaborate & Communicate with engineers and production teams to improve efficiency.
• Maintain a Safe & Organized Work Environment by following best practices and safety protocols.

Who we are looking for

• Experience: control operation (Required).
• Programming Skills: 2+ years of CNC lathe programming experience (Required).
• Good communicator: Share knowledge with others to enhance learning and growth.
• Technical Ability: Strong blueprint reading, G&M code understanding, and precision measuring skills.
• Problem-Solver: Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and optimize workflow.
• Physically Capable: Able to stand for extended periods, lift 20-30 lbs.,work with oil-based and water-based coolants and able to endure repetitive motions for loading & unloading parts into a machine.
