Role Description

This is a part-time to full-time on-site role for a CNC Machinist, located in Jacksonville, FL. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating CNC machines, performing machining tasks, setting up and operating milling machines, and ensuring quality control. Day-to-day tasks will include machine operation, precision machining tasks, and maintaining machinery to ensure top performance and adherence to quality standards. Most programming is in place, may need to be optimized.

Machines

Eurotech, Fanuc 32 i, 6 Axis mill/turn, twin spindle, single turret with live tools.

Qualifications

• Mastercam needed / SolidWorks is a plus
• Experience with Machine Operation, Machining, and Milling
• Proficiency in Quality Control techniques for ensuring product standards
• Knowledge and experience in operating various Machinery
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality components
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are an advantage
