Summary

We are a leading manufacturing company specializing in equipment manufacturing and technology. Blentech Corporation is a manufacturer of custom food processing systems based out of Santa Rosa, CA. For over 35 years, we have creativelyblended function, durability, sanitary design, safety, and performance into the design and construction of Blentech systems. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality components with tight tolerances for various industries. We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our production team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machines (mills and/or lathes) to produce high-precision parts
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
  • Perform machine adjustments and tool changes as necessary to maintain part quality
  • Conduct in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary corrections to ensure product quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with engineers and quality control teams to improve production efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, GD&T, and machining specifications
  • A strong understanding of CNC programming (G-code/M-code) is a plus
  • Experience with multi-axis CNC machines preferred
  • Ability to perform precise measurements and quality inspections
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced production setting

What we offer:

  • 2 shifts:
    • 5 8-Hour days - Monday – Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm or
    • 4 10-Hour days - Monday – Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
  • Wage range DOE: $24.69 - $27.98
  • We offer 100% company-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision for the employee, and a boot allowance.

  • Paid time off and holidays. The starting PTO accrual is 4.66 hours of PTO earned every pay period
