Busy shop looking to hire a CNC Lathe machinist.

Qualifications:
Self-starter.
Good work ethic and attendance.
Adequate mathematics and mechanical skills.
Able to operate forklift, pallet jack, crane/hoist. Maneuver 75+pounds.
Experience with running Lathe CNC and occasional maintenance.
Job Flow:
Work with CNC heavy machinery from setup to operation to produce parts and tools from different metals.
Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results.
Responsible for setting up CNC machines and adjusting when necessary
Running quality parts and inspecting for any flaws or errors
Must translate and understand blueprints
Keeping work area clean
Following safety standards.
Wages are DOE.

As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will be responsible for operating CNC lathes to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications. You will utilize your mechanical knowledge and basic math skills to set up and calibrate machines, while also employing precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers.
