Responsibilities

• Operate and program CNC machinery to produce precision components according to specifications.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and workflows.
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain production efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Thorough understanding of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code).
• High proficiency in operating various CNC machines such as lathes, mills, and routers.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and its application in machining processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict quality standards.
• Excellent mathematical skills and ability to perform complex calculations with precision.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
