Role Overview:

This role will lead hands-on machining and programming across a variety of production environments — from tight-turnaround R&D parts to steady long-run production. You'll be working in a clean, professional shop environment committed to precision and continuous improvement.

Core Responsibilities:

·      • Program, set up, and operate 3-axis CNC Mills

·      • Program, set up, and operate 3-axis CNC Lathes (Fanuc controller experience required)

·      • Lead machining projects ranging from fast-turn prototype parts (1-2 day setups) to long-run production work

·      • Manage part workflows from raw stock to finished inspection

·      • Prioritize and execute quick-turn jobs — many parts will need to be completed in under a week to meet customer delivery schedules

·      • Optimize speeds, feeds, tooling, and setups for efficiency and repeatability

·      • Collaborate with quoting and engineering for manufacturability feedback

·      • Perform in-process inspection to ensure critical tolerance compliance

·      • Maintain clean and organized workspaces with attention to detail

·      • Operate with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality craftsmanship

Qualifications:

·      • 3+ years of CNC machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment

·      • Strong experience programming and operating 3-axis mills and 3-axis lathes with Fanuc controls

·      • Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and GD&T

·      • Proven ability to work independently and lead jobs from start to finish

·      • Familiarity with inspection tools and best practices

·      • Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to craftsmanship

Preferred (but not required):

·      • Experience working in aerospace, defense, medical, or semiconductor manufacturing environments

·      • Exposure to ISO 9001 / CMMC shop environments

·      • Willingness to mentor junior machinists over time

Why Work With Us:

·      • Stable, growing company investing in people, process, and technology

·      • Competitive pay based on experience

·      • Overtime opportunities

·      • Clean, professional work environment

·      • Join a team dedicated to precision, integrity, and U.S.-based manufacturing excellence
