Redline Machining, Inc. is currently in need of a CNC milling setup person to work with 3-4-5 axis vertical and horizontal machining centers. We are seeking hardworking, dedicated individuals who are willing to learn, grow, and support essential tasks in a fast pace high production environment. **JOB PAY IS DEPENDENT ON CANDIDATE'S EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY LEVEL** Job Requirements - Ability to read and understand blueprints a must. - Must be able to do own setups, prove out and inspect 1st article piece. Make all necessary adjustments for production. - Minimum 5 years similar experience required. - Must be fluent in Haas and Fanuc controls. Ability to program is a plus. Much room for advancement. Pay level depends on experience and skills. Ideal candidate will have some college education in manufacturing or related field of study. Description of Responsibilities (Included but not limited too): - Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area. - Follow various machining instructions found on job travelers. - Studies blueprints and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements. - Perform tooling set up and fixture installation prior to running a job. -Selects, aligns and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials on machines. - Verifies conformance of the finished work piece to blueprints and specifications - Periodically inspect key features on part and enter findings on the in-process inspection report - Maintain a clean and organized tool box. - Operate the CNC Mills to complete projects in a timely manner - Notify management of any tooling requests or replacement for lost/damaged tools. - Ensure machine is able to operate properly by continuously checking: - Coolant levels, oil levels, chip levels in machine, and chips covering coolant drain holes - Exchange barrels of scrap material at machines as necessary Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities Ability to commute/relocate: Ontario, CA 91761: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location: In person
