Northern Gear & Machining is seeking an Experienced CNC Operator/Machinist on 1st and 2nd Shift to collaborate with a team dedicated to the success of our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Operating Vertical and Horizontal CNC Mills OR Lathes.
• Working with Engineering & other Team Members.
• Working from a blueprint or drawing with specifications.
• Using a variety of precision measuring devices.
• Adhering to Quality Assurance requirements including first-piece inspections and recording of measurement data.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Familiar and ISO standards and follow all standards and procedures.
• Striving for continuous improvement.
• Be able to work in a cell structure operating 2-3 machines at a time.
