We’re looking for experienced CNC Lathe Machinists to join our team of approx. 70+ skilled machinists in our safe, friendly, and climate-controlled advanced manufacturing facilities.
Based in Cedarburg, WI, our team will look to you to support the manufacturing of high-quality parts up to 160″ long and up to 36″ in diameter by creating CNC lathe programs, identifying required tooling, and maintaining accurate inspection documentation.
Starting pay ranges from $21 - $33/hr, plus an additional 10% shift differential with generous perks and benefits including:

What You’ll Need To Succeed
3+ years of experience operating CNC Lathe machines is required.
Ability to program using Mazatrol is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of Mastercam programming is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings.
Ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
Ability to process precision parts from start to finish.
Responsibilities Include
Set up, Program and Run CNC Lathes
Inspect your own parts
Maintain accurate inspection documentation using precision measuring instruments
Perform multiple short run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool changes
Maintain a safe working environment
