· Preparing and operating CNCLathe machines to perform tasks · Translating instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function · Prepare and load raw materials and parts into the machines · Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications · Supervise the machines while execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result · Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly · Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality · For each job what cutters & tips required to be informed to supervisor / share before starting the job · After completion of each and every operation actual dimension & given dimension to be written on the drawing is mandatory. · Record processed job entry in into job card with detail - actual time and time taken · Inform to supervisor for machine breakdown / problem, mistaken in job, clarity. · Check drawing and raw material also ensure job and tool is clamped firmly before start. · Keep measuring instruments & cutting tools in safely · Follow safety rules, use safety equipment’s · Cleanliness to maintain in your work area , · Job completion information to supervisor at shift end · Finished part is kept safely · Handover machine, job, tool, instruments to your supervisor / relieving operator. If any. · Maintain identification of all materials and keep records of it. · Should keep individual tool in cupboard properly and safely.
