Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Horizontal Mill Setup Operator located in the Marion, New York. The CNC Horizontal Mill Setup Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC horizontal milling machines, performing machinery adjustments, ensuring quality control, interpreting blueprints, and maintaining equipment. Daily tasks include but are not limited to operating machinery, machining parts, and conducting routine maintenance checks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and set up
• Experience with Machining and Milling techniques
• Knowledge of Quality Control processes
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
• 5+ years experience with CNC Milling
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is an advantage
