📌 Role: CNC Engineer Black Belt

Location: Lafayette, Indiana (100% Onsite)

Type: Full-time – 2 Openings

Visa: USC Only - Due to data confidentiality

🔧 Core Responsibilities:

• Lead New Capital Introduction (NCI) machining projects
• Perform hands-on CNC programming using Siemens NX, G-Code
• Execute machine setups, troubleshooting, and rundowns
• Resolve tooling and fixturing issues
• Document new processes, support technician training
• Support continuous improvement, validation, and change management

🎯 Must-Have Skills:

• Black Belt certification (Lean/Six Sigma) – with machining focus
• 10+ years in engineering/quality/production (preferably automotive)
• Strong CNC machining background, Siemens NX, G-Code
• Knowledge of AIAG, ISO 9001
• Experience in process documentation, validation, and quality control

💡 Preferred:

• CAD/CREO/Pro-E proficiency
• Strong communicator and team player
