In this role, you’ll help shape the future of care management at GCBHS by supporting hiring efforts and leading our Care Manager Academy — a structured onboarding and development program for new hires.

Responsibilities of the CM Career Development Coordinator:

  • Coordinate hiring activities for ACM, CM, and Sr CM roles:
    • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
    • Conduct phone screens and/or interviews as needed
    • Communicate with candidates using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Lead and manage Care Manager Academy:
    • Maintain academy training schedule and materials
    • Coordinate training activities with internal facilitators
    • Prepare and set up the training environment
    • Lead mentor assignments and evaluation
    • Facilitate graduation, placement decisions, and handoff to HR and team supervisors
  • Support HR and program leadership in monitoring CM progression (ACM > CM > Sr CM)
  • Assist with special projects and training enhancements
  • Promote a welcoming, organized, and mission-aligned experience for all new hires

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related Human Services field
  • Prior Care Management experience strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, manage details, and use technology to streamline processes
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments
