Responsibilities of the CM Career Development Coordinator:
- Coordinate hiring activities for ACM, CM, and Sr CM roles:
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Conduct phone screens and/or interviews as needed
- Communicate with candidates using our Applicant Tracking System
- Lead and manage Care Manager Academy:
- Maintain academy training schedule and materials
- Coordinate training activities with internal facilitators
- Prepare and set up the training environment
- Lead mentor assignments and evaluation
- Facilitate graduation, placement decisions, and handoff to HR and team supervisors
- Support HR and program leadership in monitoring CM progression (ACM > CM > Sr CM)
- Assist with special projects and training enhancements
- Promote a welcoming, organized, and mission-aligned experience for all new hires
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related Human Services field
- Prior Care Management experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, manage details, and use technology to streamline processes
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments
