We’re looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues within our cloud infrastructure.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor tickets and resolve customer incidents related to cloud services.
  • Debug network, storage, and compute issues.
  • Maintain incident documentation and resolution logs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for root cause analysis and permanent fixes.


Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in cloud/customer support.
  • Knowledge of cloud logging, monitoring, and alerting tools.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like JIRA or ServiceNow.
