Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle technical issues of customers regarding Alibaba Cloud and provide technical solutions.

2. According to the project requirements and in line with the service Statement of Work (SOW), provide delivery and implementation work, and assist customers in cloud migration.

3. Complete the project-related work arranged by the technical manager on time and ensure the quality of completion.

4. Have a certain ability to analyze difficult problems and be able to follow up on the progress of problem-solving until the problems are solved.

5. Be responsible for summarizing the usage situation of customers and updating the documents in a timely manner for new problems.

6. Be responsible for improving the work efficiency of the team and be able to make improvements through automated tools.

Job Requirements:

1. Have a bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science or related majors, and have 1 to 3 years or more of experience in using and developing cloud platforms.

2. Have an in-depth understanding of the Linux system, master Linux system commands, and understand the operation and maintenance architecture.

3. Have a solid computer foundation and be proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Go or Python.

4. Those who are familiar with cloud computing technologies (such as k8s and Docker) will be given priority.

5. Be familiar with common services, such as NTP, YUM, DNS, firewall and other technologies.

6. Have the ability to analyze and solve problems quickly, and have good technical sensitivity and risk identification ability.

7. Be good at summarizing and have good document arrangement ability.
