Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and operational guidelines to ensure applications run optimally in various environments.
• Collaborate with technicians for second and third-level application support, including monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Maintain high availability and performance of Treasury application services through proactive monitoring and alerting.
• Resolve technical issues with third-party interfacing systems and assist with data analysis and contingency planning.
• Manage and administer AWS cloud environments, ensuring proper configuration and security.
• Develop and automate processes to improve operational efficiency and performance.
• Provide rotational 24x7 on-call support and adhere to attendance policies through regular and prompt attendance.
  
  
  

Skills

• Proficiency in AWS Cloud Platform technologies and infrastructure management.
• Experience with GitLab, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to create and understand complex technical documentation.
• Experience with coding languages such as Python, Typescript, NodeJS, .Net, or Java.

• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of ITIL framework and Chaos Engineering.
