ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS is looking for a Cloud Service Management Support to join a distributed team supporting cloud operations in a secure and international environment. This role supports the daily management of services hosted in public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, M365), focusing on service management, reporting, cost control and operational support.

Main Responsibilities

• Support ITSM activities (incident, problem, and change management), ensuring compliance with best practices and internal procedures
• Build and maintain dashboards to track service performance, cloud usage, and costs (using tools like Power BI or ServiceNow)
• Generate reports on incidents, trends, and expenditures to support continuous service improvement
• Monitor cloud consumption (Azure, AWS), support cost allocation and propose optimizations in collaboration with technical and financial teams
• Assist in financial tasks such as budgeting, invoice reconciliation, vendor contract management, and ensuring compliance with financial governance
• Participate in change management, helping implement and track IT changes, and providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Work in weekly sprints, contribute to planning and retrospective meetings, and report on your deliverables

Your Profile

• Proven experience in IT Service Management and/or support roles
• Good understanding of cloud cost management tools (Azure Cost Management, AWS Cost Explorer, etc.)
• Familiarity with reporting and dashboarding tools (Power BI, ServiceNow Reporting, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced, and fully remote team
• Full professional proficiency in English; French is an asset
• You must hold a valid Secret-level security clearance
