Work Conditions and Onboarding:
Onboarding in Georgia (Tbilisi): During the first 3 months, onboarding will include approximately 50% of the time spent on-site in Tbilisi.
After onboarding, a hybrid work model with 1 week per month working from the office in Georgia (Tbilisi).
We provide accommodation, travel expenses, and a daily allowance during your stay.

Cloud Solution Architect

We’re looking for a Cloud Solution Architect who can bridge business needs with technical excellence, design scalable cloud architectures, and steer complex cloud transformations with confidence. If you thrive in cloud, hybrid, and security-focused environments and know how to convince customers to take the right path (even if they resist!), we want you.
What You’ll Do:
Own end-to-end cloud strategy (Azure & Google Cloud).
Lead architecture design, proof-of-concepts, and migration plans.
Optimize performance, security, and cost for cloud-native & hybrid infrastructures.
Guide app migrations (on-prem → cloud) and modernize architectures.
Navigate serverless tech, APIs, Kubernetes, and automation like a pro.
Solve technical roadblocks before they derail projects.
Build trusted relationships with IT leaders & business stakeholders.
Mentor teams, share expertise, and stay ahead of industry trends.
What You Need to Bring (not everything is a must have):
many years in technical sales, architecture, deployment, or dev roles.
Expertise in Azure & Google Cloud (multi-cloud experience is a plus!).
Hands-on experience with App Service, API Management, Functions, Logic Apps, Kubernetes, and security best practices.
Deep understanding of large-scale cloud deployments, governance, and operational excellence.
Strong communication & negotiation skills—you can talk tech and business.
Certifications: At least one (AZ-305, SC-100, AZ-500, SC-300). Bonus if you have Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
