Job Description
You will be assessed on driving operational performance targets and will be responsible for achieving quarterly targets in terms of consumption, renewal rates to maximize revenue and minimize cancellations. You will build and transform large teams, improve internal processes and systems to achieve operational performance that meets or exceeds targets. You will participate in the strategic and tactical planning of the division. Your team will be responsible for addressing customer issues, acting independently and coordinating outreach teams globally on behalf of customers, as well as planning and executing the customer journey, presenting best practices and mitigating risks during implementations of Oracle cloud solutions.
