主に西日本地区のお客様を中心に担当します。主な業種としては、製造・流通・地銀・電力になります。

お客様のビジネス課題やニーズ対し、Oracle Cloud Infrastructureを中心としたOracle Databaseやミドルウェア製品を用いた先進的な技術ソリューションでお客様のビジネス価値を最大化するためのソリューション提案を推進し、日本オラクルのビジネス拡大に貢献します。

＜Job Description/ 職務内容＞

プリセールスエンジニアとしてお客様担当営業と共に担当する顧客のビジネス及びシステムを把握、On-Premise/Cloudを問わずビジネスニーズ・課題を解決する為のソリューションを当社製品・サービスを組み合わせご提案すると共に、オラクルテクノロジーの先進性を広く訴求する活動を行います。

Responsibilities

上記職務を遂行するため、以下の活動を行います。

・お客様の業務及びシステムの理解・把握

・お客様のビジネス/システム課題・ニーズの把握

・Oracle Cloud Infrastructureサービス、および、テクノロジー製品のご紹介

・社内他部門との連携含む技術提案チームのコーディネート

・お客様ニーズに応じた製品・サービスを用いたソリューション提案のリード

・お客様技術窓口として顧客満足度向上のための活動全般

＜Must/ 必須のキャリア、スキル、資格など＞

・ IT業界におけるエンジニア業務経験3年以上

・ お客様との円滑なコミュニケーションが可能

・ PowerPoint等のプレゼンテーションツールを用い、効果的なプレゼンテーションが行える

・ クラウドに関する構築や運用経験を有し、お客様と技術的なディスカッションが可能

＜Want/歓迎するキャリア、スキル、資格など＞

・OCIを含むクラウドサービスの設計・構築経験を有する

・アプリケーションやAI開発経験を有する

・システム運用・トラブルシューティングの経験を有する

・Oracle Databaseチューニングの経験を有する

・SQLを用いたアプリケーションの構築経験を有する

・Oracle Database/Oracle Exadataの構築経験を有する

・Oracle Database以外の基盤製品（WebLogic等）の知識・経験を有する

＜Language/語学力＞

日本語必須

英文資料を読み、メール等文字ベースのコミュニケーションが可能なこと
