Job Description

プリセールスエンジニアとしてお客様担当営業と共に担当する顧客のビジネス及びシステムを把握、 On-Premise/Cloud を問わずビジネスニーズ・課題を解決する為のソリューションを当社製品・サービスを組み合わせご提案すると共に、オラクルテクノロジーの先進性を広く訴求する活動を行います。

Responsibilities

上記職務を遂行するため、以下の活動を行います。

・お客様の業務及びシステムの理解・把握

・お客様のビジネス / システム課題・ニーズの把握

・ Oracle Cloud Infrastructure サービス、および、テクノロジー製品のご紹介

・社内他部門との連携含む技術提案チームのコーディネート

・お客様ニーズに応じた製品・サービスを用いたソリューション提案のリード

・お客様技術窓口として顧客満足度向上のための活動全般

Must/ 必須のキャリア、スキル、資格など

• IT 業界におけるエンジニア業務経験 3 年以上
• お客様との円滑なコミュニケーションが可能
• PowerPoint 等のプレゼンテーションツールを用い、効果的なプレゼンテーションが行える
• クラウドに関する構築や運用経験を有し、お客様と技術的なディスカッションが可能
• Oracle Database の基本的なアーキテクチャや機能に対する知識を有し、お客様と主として性能・可用性・セキュリティに関する技術ディスカッションが可能

・ OCI を含むクラウドサービスの設計・構築経験を有する

・アプリケーションや AI 開発経験を有する

・システム運用・トラブルシューティングの経験を有する

・ Oracle Database チューニングの経験を有する

・ SQL を用いたアプリケーションの構築経験を有する

・ Oracle Database/Oracle Exadata の構築経験を有する

・ Oracle Database 以外の基盤製品（ WebLogic 等）の知識・経験を有する
