We’re on the lookout for a Cloud Security Manager to help keep our clients cloud environments secure, scalable, and seriously strong. If you're into tackling security challenges in a multi-cloud environment, including the implementation of CNAPP tooling solutions then this might be the role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Team up with folks across security, architecture, and cloud engineering to design and roll out top-notch security controls in AWS.
- Lead the delivery of CNAPP capability
- Review current cloud setups and find weak spots before the bad guys do.
- Turn your findings into clear, practical security strategies.
- Secure cloud-native apps - think containers and serverless tech.
- Build a framework to keep cloud security running smoothly long-term.
- Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to automate security stuff.
- Keep systems in line with security standards (like CSA CCM and NIST).
- Run training sessions to keep everyone up to speed on cloud security.
- Set and enforce security policies to keep our cloud setup locked down.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven hands-on security experience of working in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Past experience of implementing CNAPP solutions
- Know your way around cross-cloud security best practices.
- Familiar with tools like firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM.
- Confident explaining security controls, IAM, and RBAC - and why Least Privilege matters.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- A degree in Cyber Security or similar - or just loads of real-world experience!
- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CCSP, AWS Certified Security, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer & Azure Security Engineer
Interview Process:
3 stage process, comprising of an interview with the team, a technical exercise, alongside a two-way Q&A.
Working Policy:
Hybrid working places are in place for this role, with 2 days onsite (Cambridge) required each week.
