Detailed Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust security standards and practices to protect cloud infrastructure and data.

• Develop and enforce data security policies to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.

• Architect and manage Kubernetes environments to ensure secure deployment and operation of microservices.

• Implement and manage security measures for Big Query or equivalent data platforms.

• Design and secure API gateways to protect data and services from unauthorized access and threats.

• Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance on cloud security architecture and strategies.

• Stay updated with the latest security trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in cloud security architecture and implementation.

• Strong knowledge of security standards and best practices.

• Extensive experience with data security and protection measures.

• Proficiency in managing and securing Kubernetes environments.

• Experience with Big Query or equivalent data platforms.

• Expertise in securing API gateways and managing API security.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
