As our new Cloud Presales Solution Architect M365, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and tailoring Microsoft 365 solutions for customers. This involves collaborating with the sales team to understand customer business needs and providing training and support for Microsoft 365 usage. In addition, you will also be involved in pre-sales activities.
Key responsibilities will include
- Lead technical discovery sessions to assess customer environments, identify challenges, and align M365 capabilities with business goals
- Evaluate existing infrastructure through gap analysis, risk assessments, and feasibility studies to inform solution design
- Create scalable, secure M365 architectures across Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and hybrid environments
- Develop comprehensive Statements of Work, outlining scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing with precision
- Advise on and support complex M365 migrations using tools like BitTitan, Quest, and Cloudiway, with expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity synchronization
Your Competencies
- 3+ years' experience in Cloud Architecture
- Microsoft Certifications such as MS900, MS-500, AZ-900 & Microsoft 365 Architect are highly regarded
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features
- Experience with Microsoft 365 development tools, such as Microsoft Graph API and Power Automate
