Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Cloud Performance Engineer to ensure optimal performance,
scalability, and reliability of our cloud-based systems and services. You will be responsible
for monitoring, analyzing, and improving the performance of cloud infrastructure and
applications running in AWS, Azure, or GCP. This role requires a deep understanding of
cloud environments, performance engineering practices, and modern observability tools.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics across cloud infrastructure and
applications.
- Design and execute performance tests (load, stress, endurance, scalability, etc.) for
cloud-based applications.
- Identify performance bottlenecks at infrastructure, network, application, and
database layers.
- Recommend and implement tuning and optimization strategies for cloud resources
(compute, storage, networking).
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to improve
application performance and stability.
- Establish and maintain performance baselines and KPIs for critical services.
- Implement observability solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog,
CloudWatch, New Relic, etc.
- Drive automation of performance testing and reporting using CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute to capacity planning and right-sizing initiatives
Qualifications
- Experience range : 5- 7 years
- B.E./ ME (CS/EE) / MCA/Graduate or equivalent higher-level degree
