Cloud Operations Engineer

About the Role

As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational stability, security, and performance of cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver automation, resolve complex issues, and support day-to-day operations across Azure and on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for all Azure infrastructure and services
• Ensure the security, availability, and stability of the cloud environment
• Support hybrid infrastructure platforms (cloud and on-prem)
• Drive automation initiatives through scripting (PowerShell, Python)
• Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues (Windows/Linux)
• Write and optimize SQL queries for system support and data handling

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in a cloud engineering or operations role
• Proven hands-on experience with Azure technologies (Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Strong understanding of hybrid environments, including on-prem and cloud systems
• Hands-on experience with Windows or Linux server administration
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell or Python for automation tasks
• Experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries
