These activities include OS patching, core and third-party updates, security patching, and applying the latest settings and tuning recommendations based on root cause analyses from other systems.
Over time, this role will evolve to include responsibilities in analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement.

- Create, seek approval and send customer notifications to end customers
- Track contact data and work with teams to maintain accurate CMDB records
- Adjust scheduling and execution in real time based on shifting priorities or incidents
- Resolve planning conflicts due to changing priorities or customer requests.
- Analyze success/failures, create the final report and organize lessons learned
- Request decommissioning of unused infrastructure and ensure documentation is up to date
- Maintain and improve templates, tools, and internal documentation
- Participate in regular coordination meetings and support daily operations
Growth Responsibilities (evolving over time):
- Identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for operational improvement
- Lead or contribute to maintenance retrospectives & lessons learned
- Track and follow up on technical, process, or tooling issues; coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders
- Suggest or implement automation to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
- Coordinate high-level proactive maintenance schedules and ensure timely customer notification
- Manage last-minute conflicts due to shifting priorities or coordination needs
- This role may involve some interactions with the customers
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1–6 years of experience in IT operations, support, or coordination roles
- Knowledge of enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or JIRA
- Self-motivated with solid oral and written communication skills
- Excel skills: ability to create macros, manage formulas, and reconcile complex evolving files
- Experience with project coordination and strong attention to detail
- Planning/scheduling background, ideally in fast-paced environments (all sectors welcome)
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with colleagues, management, and customers
- Adherence to schedules and deadlines, with the initiative to resolve issues and follow through
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); comfortable working with global teams across cultures
- Able to identify and report risks or improvement opportunities in tools, processes, and workflows
- Flexible, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking independently
- Experience or certifications in public cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus
- Familiarity with IoT platforms such as Thingworx, Axeda, or IoT Hub is a plus
